Found the trail head after 45 minutes of wondering in the dark in the early morning (so as to avoid the security guard before he came on duty). Make sure you do your intel before you get there. We also had a driver drop us off so the car was not parked in the neighborhood.
The first 1/3 or so is VERY steep and not for the faint of heart or for those with a fear of heights.
The Stairway should be on a hikers bucket list for sure. Experience it with your best friends and take lots of video/pics :) |
